Shipping costs

 

Deliveries to Germany and Luxembourg cost 5.95 EUR.  

 

In the case of a return shipment, you will bear the postage fees incurred for the return shipment.

Deliveries to Austria cost 12 EUR.

 

In the case of a return shipment, you will bear the postage costs for the return shipment.

Deliveries to Switzerland cost 22 EUR.

 

Additional fees or duties may apply when received in Switzerland.

 

In the event of a return shipment, you will bear the postage costs for the return shipment. 

Deliveries to other European countries (EU) cost 16 EUR.

Deliveries to non-European countries cost 30 EUR.

In the event of a return shipment, you will bear the postage costs incurred for the return shipment. 

 

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany and Luxembourg within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad to other European countries within 5 - 10 days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment order). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Deliveries overseas (e.g. to Africa, America, Asia or Oceania) can take from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the shipping method by DHL and customs clearance. 

 

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Delivery to packing stations

We also deliver to packing stations. For a delivery you need the number of the packing station as well as your personal postal number,

which you have received from DHL. This number consists of 6 to 8 digits.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Right of cancellation

 

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without specifying any reasons.

 

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.

 

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Struppshof GmbH, shop@gea-aktiv.com, Tel: +49 (0) 151 20233057) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. letter or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. 

 

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

 

Consequences of cancellation

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. The refund shall be issued to the same payment method which you provided for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances shall you be charged fees to process this refund. We may withhold the refund until the items have been returned to us, or until you have provided evidence that you have shipped the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to Struppshof GmbH, Viezstraße 1, D-66663 Merzig, Germany, immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us that you were cancelling this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

 

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if a test of the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods shows that the loss in value is due your unnecessary handling of them. As is customary in a shop.
